Observation: Noted small amount of water dripping under two compartment sinks. Identified issue to operator who will be repairing it immediately.

Comments

Cleaning in the walk-in cooler and on kitchen floor around two compartment sinks have been done.
Droppings removed but holes in wall were identified on the June 20 2019 pest control report. Besides placing traps and monitoring, please seal the holes in walls.
Bleach sanitizer available.
No food in the hot holding unit at time of inspection.
Foods were covered in the walk-in cooler. Discussed using a crate to elevate container of potatoes so they are not stored on the floor of walk-in cooler.
Soap dispenser at the bar area has been reinstalled and is operational.
