-Cooler at 1°C. All foods covered and stored off the floor.
-Freezer satisfactory.
-Quats sanitizer available in labelled spray bottle and at two-compartment sink at 200ppm.
-Temperature records are available and up to date.
-All hand sinks (including staff washroom) are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-no evidence of pests at time of inspection. Back door closed at time of inspection.

-cleaning required on walls inside of walk in cooler, on floor near the back door, and along door seals of cooler and freezer.
