Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed kitchen bleach surface sanitizer in bucket registering at below 100ppm when tested.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that bleach surface sanitizer is at a minimum concentration of 100ppm for proper sanitation of surfaces.
Operator added additional bleach to solution during inspection and now at >100ppm.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed front kitchen hand washing sink missing paper towel.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all hand washing sinks are adequately supplied with running hot/cold water, paper towel and liquid hand soap.
Operator replaced paper towel roll during inspection and paper towel not available at hand washing sink.

Operator turned cold water on during inspection. Discussed methods for proper thawing.
