Quats solution in spray bottle less than 200 ppm. Recommend changing solution every 3 to 5 days. No more than a week, but operator recommended to check with strips. Revise system of making quats spray bottle batches for next scheduled inspection. Hot water tank very rusted and appears to be slightly leaking. Also appears to have chemical/metal reactions occurring. Drain pan lacks observable drain. Recommend replacement at some point soon. Discuss with landlord. Temperature controls (cooling) less than 4 C despite recent power outage. Good. Freezers ok.
