Follow Up inspection
- permit fees are still outstanding. Pay the permit fees immediately.
- freezer close to the back door ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius
- the freezer close the dishwasher will be replaced according to person in charge
- prep cooler was serviced. Ambient air temperature ranged 4-10 degree Celsius. Temperature taken after lunch rush. Ice baths during rush hours will assist with keeping food temperature at or below 4 degree Celsius.
- general sanitation has improved. Continue cleaning regularly.
