- Low temp. dishwasher was repaired and achieved 50ppm chlorine sanitizer at plate's surface.
- The owner de-cluttered the front shelves, cleaned and re-painted the shelves.
- Cleaning of the perimeter of the kitchen was done. General sanitation improved greatly.
- Paints and all other chemicals used for renovation were removed from the kitchen.
