Routine inspection - Hand washing sink provided with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels. - Ice cream display freezer is at -19C. Ice cream scoop stored properly in dip well with running cold water. - All other freezers are at or below -18C. - Two- Compartment sink maintained. - Chlorine sanitizer, measured at 200ppm, is used to sanitized counter tops and cash registers. Sanitizer is available in properly labeled spray bottles. Ensure to renew labels on the spray bottles when labels start to fade. - Dry storage is well lit, clean and food stored on shelve off the floor. - No sign of pest activity at this date.
