Routine Inspection of the premises. Administrative: - Permit is posted in a conspicuous locatino - Staff with FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent are present - Temperature logs are being kept and maintained Storage, Cooling, and Hot Holding: - All coolers (prep and walk-in coolers) are at or below 4C - Walk-in freezers are below -18C - Food items in hot holding units are being held at or above 60C - Food is stored 6 inches off the ground - Food is covered and dated while in storage - Dry storage is satisfactory Sanitation: - Sanitizer buckets containing cloth achieve 100ppm Chlorine and test strips are available and used - 3 compartment sink is being used appropriately and sanitizer achieves 200ppm QUATs - Handwash stations are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water - No signs of pest activity. Ecolab pest company scheduled monthly, previous report showed no concerns. Please contact health inspector if there are any questions or concerns.
