Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Internal food product temperature of regular meat balls 39 to 59 degrees C.
Corrective Action(s): Staff reheated the regular meat balls to over 74 degrees C for 15 seconds then placed in the hot holding unit. Reminder when reheating in the microwave to thoroughly mix product and check internal temperature in different areas.
