*Chlorine bleach solution in sanitizer spray bottle too strong!. Only add 1 table spoon of bleach per liter of water to make approx. 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer. * Clean debris underneath the pizza oven counter ( corrected during the inspection). Front pizza preparation coolers below 4 C. Upright refrigerator < 4 C. Upright freezer < 4 C. Beverage cooler below 4 C. Dishwasher final rinse: 71.7 degrees C at the plate surface. Liquid soap and paper towels provided at the hand sinks. General sanitation is satisfactory. Temperature logs are up to date.
