Comments

- Premises was not in operation at time of inspection.
- Owner is out of town and administrator was on site with cleaning/restoration company. Premises was in process of being deep cleaned.
- Mold/mildew around two compartment sink has been cleaned. Caulking redone.
- Discussed other requirements: floors are being redone and having a non slip finish applied so cardboard will not be put down, freezer door will be repaired, new outside storage with lock will be added so foods will not be stored in back hall (please check with the City of Burnaby before proceeding with this), cutting boards to be replaced.
- Operational issues such as hand wash stations and sanitizer discussed - administrator aware of issues and required actions. Administrator has foodsafe training.
