Follow-up to inspection report #NTRG-BBHST4:

Code 304: Rodent droppings still observed on the shelf where the flour containers were stored. Operator removed the droppings with a brush when notified. Ensure to sanitize the affected areas with bleach. Operator said that the floors underneath the pallets above where onions were stored were cleaned. It is the operator's responsibility to ensure continuous control of and monitoring of pest activity, and cleaning and sanitizing of affected areas.

Code 306: The areas mentioned in previous report showed improvements in cleanliness. Still needs some more cleaning in the True refrigeration unit, as food debris still observed on the shelves.

Code 315: Thermometer provided for the True Refrigeration unit mentioned.
