Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C44M4J.
All infractions in report#JCHY-C44M4J have been corrected.
-Maximum occupancy limit of 127 indicated on COVID-19 Safety Plan.
-Maximum occupancy limit of 2 in male and female customer washroom posted.
-Tables and chairs are adequately spaced at least 2m apart to ensure proper physical distancing.
-Glass dishwasher measured at 50ppm chlorine. Glasses are adequately sanitized with 50ppm chlorine.
-All handwashing sinks are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. All handwashing stations are free from obstructions.
-No potentially hazardous foods (pork soup and pot of dried fish soaked in water) observed to be stored at room temperature in the kitchen area.
-Raw meat observed to be stored below raw vegetables and ready-to-eat foods in all cooling units. Prep coolers, stand-up coolers, and walk-in cooler measured at 4C.
-All frozen foods observed to be thaw in cooling units that is holding 4C or lower.
-Under counter cooler at the Noodle Bar measured at an air ambient temperature of 4C.
