Follow up inspection conducted: Premises was closed for deep cleaning and to get pest control visit Re-inspection conducted: -Kitchen has been cleaned in all areas previously noted to have rodent activity -No rodent droppings found at time of re-inspection (checked all shelving units in kitchen and dry storage, floors underneath all equipment, and all other storage/shelving units) -Pest control report indicates that there were various holes that have now been blocked to prevent pest entry -Owner indicates that extra cleaning protocols in place -As discussed, future repeat issues and closures will result in further enforcement, including but not limited to: compliance meetings and having your permit revoked Closure Order Rescinded. Premises may reopen. Pest control visits to continue.
