Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-ATJSWW: - A new latch to the door of the walk in cooler has been installed. The door is now properly closing. - The walk in cooler is maintaining ambient temperature 4C. - The thermometer gauge has been replaced with a new unit. - All other coolers (prep, undercounter, upright) equipped with properly working thermometer. Note: The application form and the Incorporation Paper were collected at the time of the inspection.
