- All handsinks are equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap & paper towels
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available in multiple locations
- All coolers in the front & walk-in cooler measured <4C
- Walk-in freezer measured -10C. *Monitor temperature as the unit may be on defrost cycle. Ensure that temperature drop to -18C in the next hour.
- High temp. dishwasher reached 71C at plate's surface
- Hot holding foods measured >60C (soup in the front and cooked eggs in the back were probed)
- Equipment are maintained in a sanitary manner
- Discussed shelf life of raw eggs (1hr on shelf)
