Two door refrigerator was at 4 C Handsinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm. No evidence of pests, traps in place. The dishwasher reached 71 C at the plate level. General sanitation was satisfactory.
