Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (No chlorine was detected after the dishwasher's final rinse cycle. Staff had been testing the chlorine levels with chlorine strips that measured chlornie incorrectly (test paper changed colour under regular tap water). Staff has opened a new package of chlorine strips that is display the chlorine concentration correctly as corroborated by the EHOs own supply of test strips. Staff attempted to fix the dishwasher at the time of inspection.)
