Routine inspection conducted. Observations: - Coolers recorded at or below 4C - Freezer units at -15C - Hot holding units above 60C - Handwash station available and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing. - 200ppm QUATS solution present in sanitizer pail. - Food storage practices were found satisfactory. - Operating permit was posted at the front. - Person Incharge has valid FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent. Note - One of the refrigeration unit was turned off and not used for storing any food.
