Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Construction dust accumulating in kitchen on many work surfaces. Construction debris observed on floor of kitchen area. Dining room construction barrier incomplete.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all surfaces in the kitchen area to remove construction related dusts. Create a complete barrier between the kitchen and dining area as discussed, including a zipper entry. Place a floor matt at kitchen entry to reduce construction debris from entering kitchen via shoes. This must be done immediately.

Comments

-Grout work on kitchen floor must be completed in a manner that won't accumulate food debris and will be easily cleanable. - Incomplete at time of inspection.
-Paper towel and liquid soap dispenser at front counter needs to be affixed to surface. Paper towel needed at back dispenser.
-Dishwasher is leaking and causing water to accumulate on the floor in this area. This leak must be eliminated. Follow up with maintenance.
