Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The hand sink in the cake prep. area is abstracted by a plastic container with decor. cones at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Please, keep the hand sink assessable for staff all the time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front hand sink lacked paper towel; the kitchen liquid soap dispenser near the dishwasher is empty at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure, that all hand washing stations are properly stocked.
Note: Second time observe the same violation - Correction Order might be issued next time.
