Follow up inspection:
Staff member with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent course training (SafeCheck Advanced Food Safety - Canadian Food Safety Group - Online Version, expiration date on certificate: April 7, 2027) was available on shift.
Information regarding "Food Handlers Training Courses Equivalent to BC FOODSAFE Level 1 as of February 18, 2020" was provided.

Note: Chlorine test strips were incorrectly obtained as chlorine sanitizer is not used on-site. Please obtain the appropriate test strips (QAC test strips) to measure the concentration of the Quaternary ammonium compounds sanitizer and obtain the appropriate test strips to measure the concentration of peroxide multi surface disinfectant and cleaner RTU; Correct as soon as possible within 2 weeks and provide an update to the district Environmental Health Officer.
