Observation: Pizza prep cooler is measured at temperature of 10C. No food items are stored in cooler
Corrective Action(s): Operator is aware and hs called for service of the cooler. Ensure that the cooler is capable of maintaining food temperature of 4C or less.
All food items are stored in walk-in cooler, bring out small batch of toppings that can be used within two hours.

Comments

Routine inspection is conducted and following are observed:
- Handwash station in food prep area, in staff washroom and front service area are all supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Walk-in cooler, drinks cooler at front are measured at less than 4C
- Chest freezer and upright storage freezer are measured at less than -18C
- Hot holding unit is currently not used to hot hold pizza slices
- Sanitizer solution in three compartment sink and in spray bottle is measured at 100ppm chlorine residual
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- FOODSAFE level 1 is valid
- General sanitation is satisfactory
