Code 303 noted on Routine inspection # PKUR-CFENTW of Jun-14-2022 Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] Observation: Handwashing sink in the storage/prep area lacking hot water. Correction: Operator to discuss this with hospital maintenance staff immediately. Ensure all sinks have hot water. In the interim, use the 2 compartment sink for handwashing and only wash dishes at the end of the day.

Follow-up to report PKUR-CFENTW Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water. Leak repair in progress - ensure pooling water is cleaned up. When manually washing dishes, dishes should be air-dried on the sloped drainboard.
