Observation: dishwasher new. Looks nice. Not getting dishes to minimum sanitizing temperature of 71C (plate temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Service unit and adjust temperature of the water such that it achieves minimum 71 C. This must be corrected by follow up inspection date noted on report.
