- Toaster oven added for toasting bread. Do not use this for foods containing meat or seafood, as discussed. No Grease Laden Vapors permitted.
- Soup's purchased daily from Gioffi's meat market & deli (442/ 4156 E. Hastings St). Soup is picked up cold & transported to the store in a cooler with ice packs & them reheated in the cayenne "rethermalizer"(specs on file). Ensure that soup reaches >74 degrees C. before turning temperature dial down and keep it >60 degrees C. Discard leftovers.
