A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers were below 4C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles was 200ppm.
- Raw chicken stored in a separate cooler from other raw proteins (beef & pork).
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on washable, sealed pallets or on shelving units.
- Meat grinder found in the walk-in-cooler, it was in use during the inspection.
- General sanitation level is good. Walls & floors behind and beneath equipment, sinks, and tables were clean. Legs of equipment and legs were clean.
- No signs of pests found.
- Interior surfaces of ice machine was clean.
- All in order.
