Mice droppings removed from office area. Continue to monitor and maintain this area. Bleach sanitizer available in the front and back. Test strips onsite, reviewed use of test strip with staff. -> 1 tsp bleach to 1 litre water for 100ppm Screen door holes have been patched. All food items had empty rack on most bottom one. Cleaning improved - keep it up.
