Corrective Action(s): Staff figured out volume of ice cream mix was too low to properly cool. Hopper was filled and temperature dropped to 4C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Boxes of ice cream cones stored directly in front of the front handwashing sink; access to handwashing impeded.

Note: water at back handwashing sink measured 49C and may present a scalding risk, especially as this station is also used as an eyewash station; turn down temperature to to encourage handwashing and to prevent any scalding injury
- good handwashing practices observed
- hairnets available for staff and visitors
- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats; wiping cloths stored within
- three compartment sink not set up at time of inspection
- general sanitation satisfactory
