Corrective Action(s): Do not use this cooler to store any potentially hazardous foods (meat, poultry, milk, yogurt, cheese, cooked food, etc.) unless it can keep them at 4C. This has been noted on previous inspections. Failure to keep potentially hazardous foods at 4 C or colder can result in an order or ticket. Dairy adn other foods moved to an alternate cooler during the inspection.

Observation: Thermometer in the large cooler (glass door) is not being used and requires cleaning or replacement.
Corrective Action(s): Provide an accurate indicating thermometer for this cooler and keep accurate, daily fridge temperatures for all coolers. Defrost coolers before the temperature is affected.
