Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AX8R9Z: Butter all stored in the walk in cooler with self serve sections. Dry products in front area covered with dispensing scoops stored outside of food products. Bulk dry product scoops stored outside of food products. Boxes of mangoes stored on pallet but outside of awning. Same with apples and okra. Do not store food products outside of the awning until a tent is available for use. No rotten product observed for sale. Recently discarded cardboard still to be flattened and disposed of into cardboard recycling bin. Further cleaning required for cooler glass door.
