Observation: Ice machine at front service area was not maintained in a sanitary condition. Slime build ups around the ice dispensing area. The inside of the lid was also dirty.
Corrective action: Thoroughly clean and sanitize the ice machine.
Ice machine should be cleaned/maintained on a regular basis to avoid contamination in the ice.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw meat found stored on top of a box, it was not covered. Few trays of dumplings found stacked with each other and more not covered inside freezer.
Few containers of soups found uncovered inside cooler.
Corrective action: Cover all the foods mentioned above. Ensure foods are always covered when stored inside freezer and cooler.

Observation: The entire kitchen of the facility is kept at poor sanitary condition.
Debris and buildups found on shelving surfaces, coolers and freezer, and on al the food containers under dishwasher and across from the stove. Dirts and food debris found on the floor of the back storage area across the back door. Spills found under cooking station.
Corrective actions: Thouroughly clean and sanitize the entire kitchen, and on all the surfaces. Ensure to pay more attentions in hard to reach areas.

Observation: Operator indicated that the hand sink faucet is leaking and they have contacted the maintenance company to have it fixed, but waiting on parts.
Operator indicated they are not using the hand sink at the moment, they are using the prep sink beside the hand sink to wash hands. Soap and paper towels were available.
Corrective actions: Fix the hand sink ASAP. If using prep sink to wash hand, ensure to thoroughly clean and sanitize the basin before washing food to avoid cross-contamination. After hand sink is fixed, ensure to stock with soap and paper towel and do not obstruct the hand sink.

- High temp dishwasher @ 75 degrees Celsius after final rinse.
- all coolers <4 degrees Celsius, freezer temp satisfactory.
- no signs of pest activity during inspection.
