Handsinks are accessible and nothing is stored inside; soap and paper towel available in all stations -operator is going to order new soap dispenser as the current duct tape set up is not acceptable Sanitizer available at espresso machine. Espresso cups relocated to the back as these are for staffs only, not customers (single service only). Coolers (milk and pop) cleaned, flooring cleaning improved. Storage area has been decluttered and reorganized; operator's personal belongings are designated in the staff washroom. Extra shelving and containers obtained to store products. No food stored on the floor and chemicals are stored in a designated area. Discussed with operator about adding shelving units to the wall. ->If you'd like to cover the glass, the material has to be non absorbent, easily cleanable and washable. Wood must be smooth and coating washable; no raw wood. ->Also discussed possibly expanding business. Please be advised as per discussion that gelato made in the store onsite must be for immediate consumption only and is allowed if a additional Nuvola locations is opened using gelato made onsite here. Wholesale of gelato will require BCCDC approval as you would be upgraded to a provincial dairy plant.
