Observation: Front beverage cooler recorded at an ambient temperature of 12C. Only shelf stable drinks were stored in the cooler at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that cooler is maintained in good working order and able to maintain a temperature of 4C or less. Do not store any cold potentially hazardous food/drink in the cooler until it has been serviced.

Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of walk in cooler recorded at 3C
- Walk in freezer at -17C
- Undercounter cooler in the front at 2.3C
- Front prep coolers checked for internal temperature. Olives found at 2.8C and chicken at 2.6C
- Front beverage cooler noted at 12C.

- Hot holding units recorded above 60C
- Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in sanitizing pail.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing. 200ppm QUATS solution recorded at the dispensing unit.
- Food storage practices were satisfactory.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp Feb 3, 2024)
- Permit posted at the front.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
