Observation: -Small glass door cooler was at 16C. No potentially hazardous foods stored in cooler at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): -Repair/adjust cooler so that it is at 4C or colder and do not store any potentially hazardous foods (eg. whipped cream, milk etc) in this cooler until it is in good working order.

-General sanitation was satisfactory
-Handsink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
-Bar cooler was 4C
-Pepsi cooler 4C
-Domestic cooler (back) 1C
-Glasswasher was functioning and met wash temperature and sanitizing concentration requirements. >50ppm chlorine detected on pitcher after cycle.
-Test strips present for monitoring glasswasher sanitizer concentration. Checked and recorded daily.
-Wiping cloths stored in 200ppm quats sanitizer solution.
-Ice machine appears clean/maintained with scoop stored in a sanitary manner
-No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
-Staff on duty has completed Foodsafe level 1 training.
