Follow up inspection: Permit fee submitted; Approved to Operate pending other agency approvals. All outstanding issues were addressed except for the following: Remove all plastic left on equipment and final cleaning to be done. Do not store food equipment or food in washroom; only keep non-food stuff in washroom. Send copy of pest control invoice. Implement monitoring records for temp/cleaning. Note: Processing room temperature was 13 C; maintain 10-12 C
