304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: A number of mice droppings noticed on the floor in the corners especially in the back storage area. Corrective Action(s): 1. A licensed pest control company as been hired by the mall strata to deal with mice issues. Remove all droppings and clean all affected areas. 2. Absolutely all articles, boxes and equipment must be stored off the floor to discourage mice. 3. Seal and patch all holes over the size of a quarter inch. 4. You must througly clean the floors and counter tops everynight to remove any food materials. 5. Ensure to fix any leaky plumbing to ellminate water source for mice. 6. Do not use any poison bait within the restaurant. ( Immediatley) Violation Score: 9
