- Dishwasher checked - high temp. OK. > 71 C at plate.
- Ensure all handwash stations ALWAYS supplied with paper towels and liquid soap.
- Added ice cream service to operation. Submit food safety plan for this operation using existing procedures as discussed. Dipper well purchased, but not installed. Long-term procedures may include conversion to plumbed dipper well if demand or sanitation practices dictate. - Sandwich prep cooler at 4 C, but top inserts between 7 - 8 C. Move hazardous foods to right side unit and monitor for temperatures.
