200ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottles. REPLACE THE SPRAY BOTTLE WITH THE BROKEN SPRAY. DILUTE THE SOLUTION SO THAT IT'S 200PPM AS DISCUSSED.
Operator is purchasing foods from approved sources to sell at the store. She'd like to start making sandwiches. This is acceptable as long as precooked proteins are being used. Update and submit your FSP once you start making sandwiches.
