Corrective Action(s): Do not store any food items or take out dishes near the washrooms. Recommneded building a shelf in the storage area to store these items ( By Nov. 10, 2019) Violation Score: 3

Code 303 noted on Routine inspection # AKAO-BGQSVY of Oct-07-2019 Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] Observation: Water pressure for both hot and cold running water not adequate at the hand sink to meet hand washing needs. Correction: Repair or adjust so that sufficient hot and cold running water under pressure is available at the hand sink. ( Immediately)

Comments

Hot and cold running water now available at the kitchen hand sink. Preparation cooler has been repaired. However, the cooler temperature ranged from 7-8 degrees C ( lunch rush??) Continue monitoring the cooler and repair/adjust so that it maintains 4 C or colder. All food items have been removed from underneath the hand sink. Good. Floor under the sushi counter has been cleaned. Fume hood has been serviced. Washroom doors are now kept closed. Temperature logs are up to date.
