Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found chicken nuggets in new warmer to be 49 - 55 C after 30 mins after reheating.
Corrective Action(s): Must checked temperature of chicken of food after cooking and reheating. Must be 74 C internal temperature and must keep chicken above 60 C at all times.
Must turn on hot holding unit and ensure is above 60 C before putting food inside.
Discard chicken.

- Storage has been rearranged during inspection, at time of inspection no food items were on the floor.
