Routine Inspection:

Kitchen:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers (walk-in, 2-door upright, under-counter) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Walk-in freezer temperature satisfactory.
- Hot holding units maintained above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
All cold holding units equipped with thermometers.
All prep sinks equipped with hot/cold running water and drain plugs.
General food storage practices good:
- Foods covered and protected from contamination.
- Foods stored at least 6 inches of the floor.
- Bulk foods stored in pest proof containers with lids.
- Dry storage room organized.
Equipment, dishes and utensils storage organized and stored in a sanitary manner.
Ventilation canopies maintained in a sanitary condition.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 71.9 degrees Celsius at the dish level after the final rinse cycle.
3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Drain plugs available.
Concentration of sanitizer (at dispenser and in spray bottles) measured to be within acceptable limits (272 ppm to 700 ppm DDBSA and 704 ppm to 1875 ppm Lactic Acid).

Food Donation Room:
Temperature of upright cooler maintained below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
Temperature of upright freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).
