Observation: Open bags of flour and sugar on the floor in the dry storage area. Open bags of food stored on the ground are prone to harbourage by pests. Store all opened bags of flour and sugar in closed containers and store 6" off the ground.

Observation: Cardboard collecting/building up of grease observed underneath and beside the deep fryer. Cardboard is not a suitable material as it is porous which allows it to absorb grease/oil and cannot be properly cleaned. Remove the cardboard and clean the area as uual when soiled or when large built up of grease/oil is noticed

- All refridgeration units ((walk in, stand up, deli-cooler, cake cooler) are </=4C w/thermometers
- All freezer units (walk in and stand up) are </=-18C
- Sanitizer buckets with soaked cloths available with 200ppm chlorine residual
- 3 compartment sink with bleach available for manual ware washing & sanitizing
- All food are stored in trays or containers with plastic wrap or lid on top. Separate from chemicals
- Deli meats are stored </=4C )probed deli-meats ham (3.6C), beef (3.9C)
- General cleaning is satisfactory
- No pest observed during inspection
