Observation: 3 compartment sink, install faucet with a spout. Currently there is only a spray wand that provides water. Currently a hose is connected to the mop sink that is used to provide water to the 3-compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Corrective action required immediately. Call officer once issue is corrected.

Correction: Ensure persishables maintained at 4C.
