2) Sticky fly trap was observed hanging over the prep table area
3) Light cover missing from one of the light fixtures near stoves

Routine inspection conducted
-Handsink in kitchen equipped with liquid soap, single use paper towels, and hot/cold running water
-Dishwasher achieved 71.1 deg C on rinse cycle at dish level (minimum 71 deg C required)
-Walk in cooler: 3.5 deg C
-Prep cooler across cooking line (by rear entrance): 3.2 deg C, don't fill inserts to the top
-Brand new prep cooler beside handwashing sink: 2.0 deg C
-Upright cooler by dish pit area: 3.1 deg C
-Dessert display case is no longer used to store and desserts/Potentially hazardous food items as it does not work
-All Freezers at -18 deg C or less
-Hot holding inserts (across from stoves) at 65 deg C
-Ice machine sanitary, scoop stored outside ice box in a metal container
-General sanitation is satisfactory, ensure to consistently clean in between floor tiles underneath stoves
-bleach water solution in rag bucket at 100 ppm chlorine residual
-Fumehood ok
-Kitchen manager on site has FoodSafe level 1, expiry in 2020
-Dry storage area ok, but ensure to clean around the chest freezer and sweep/organize this room regularly
-Permit posted in bar area with valid decal
