-Flood happened in back 2 rooms mid January, LO notified and facility has moved to providing care in different areas. EHO was not notified and should be notified in the future to ensure food storage and production areas are not impacted -all temps met health requirements -hand sink fully equipped -bleach at >100ppm -household dishwasher run on sanitizing cycle and disposable dishware also used -general sanitation good -no signs of pest currently -fridge and freezer from back storage room will be relocated along with dry storage area to the director's office across from the kitchen. Director will move to another other.
