Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed two garbage bags in the walk-in freezer, holding fried chicken in it. Garbage bags contain chemicals that are not suitable for food storage. Operator must not use garbage bags for food storage
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to remove garbage bags and use food-friendly containers. Chicken in garbage bags were discarded at the time of inspection

Observation: Pool of grease noted underneath fryer where broken tiles are; food and grease accumulation noted as well. Overall kitchen cleaning performed by a third party once a week. Operator must be on top of cleaning of the facility at all times
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean up the pool of grease and food debris/grease accumulation immediately
