All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder. Freezers are -18 degrees Celsius or colder. Dishwasher final rinse reached 76 degrees Celsius at the plate surface. Sanitizer measured 100 PPM chlorine residual in the labelled spray bottle. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsink. Ice machine starting to have a build up on parts. Please clean and sanitize. Ensure temperatures logs are being maintained.
