Re-opening inspection after renovations: Construction completed as per approved plans Materials used as per health requirement - washable/impervious ceiling tiles, floors counter tops, etc All hand sinks operational and stocked with liquid soap and paper towel in dispenser Front equipment installed all brand new except for hot holding - hot holding still in good working order back area - new oven and hand sink installed Temperature of coolers were maintaining 4 deg C or below Freezer just cleaned and very minimal product installed (maintained at -18 deg C) All temperature controlled units have thermometers installed All food product delivery scheduled for this afternoon Premises cleaned and ready for opening Washrooms clean and stocked with supplies Approval to re-open granted (note: health approval does not exempt you from obtaining approvals from other agencies)
