Newspapers were being used to cover up greasy area around the fryer station
Corrective action: Remove newspapers to ensure greasy area around the fryer can be properly washed and sanitized

Observation: No thermometers are being placed in refrigeration units
--> Staff was using IR guns to check the refrigeration unit temperature.
Corrective action: obtain accurate thermometers and place them inside the refrigeration units to ensure accurate reading and monitoring of the refrigeration units temperatures.
